Our Fillet steaks are aged for a minimum of 28 days before being sliced and packed by our butcher.

If there is no fillet steaks available online please contact us to find out when we next have some available as we may have some in stock or ready to be butchered in our butchers Dry ageing fridge and a happy to take pre-orders
